Terms and Conditions
FEES
Each child is offered a free trial session or class. Thereafter, upon enrolment, fees for Ballet and Tap are payable termly. All fees for Performing Arts are payable termly (with a half-termly instalment option). All fees must be paid within 2 weeks of each invoice date. Pupils, whose fees have not been paid within that 2-week period, will be denied access to class until their fees have cleared. Children enrolled on Performing Arts classes are offered a 10% reduction from their Ballet or Tap fees.
NOTICE
A full Half-Term’s notice is required in writing if any pupil will not be continuing with their class. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a half term’s fee being invoiced.
REFUNDS
All fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the unlikely event that a class or workshop is cancelled by CentreStage Theatre School MK
UNIFORM
Pupils must arrive for class dressed in the appropriate uniform with the required footwear. For details of uniform requirements, please either check with a member of the teaching staff or visit the school website. Please ensure that all personal belongings and items of uniform are clearly named.
DISCIPLINE

This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all. Any pupil that acts without regard for others will be cautioned and their parents informed. The Principals reserve the right to terminate the tuition of any persistently disruptive pupil. Mobile phones must be either switched off or on silent if they are brought into class.
ATTENDANCE
Pupils are encouraged to show commitment in their attendance of classes. This is particularly important during any show rehearsal period or in the term leading up to an exam. Parents are requested to support their children in this.
CLASSES
From time to time, especially when rehearsing for a particular show, CentreStage Theatre School MK may not follow the usual lesson schedule to allow for the rehearsal of the production. We may also ask children to attend outside their regular hours and for longer periods than usual.

Participants take classes at their own risk. Teachers must be informed if your child has any medical condition that may affect their participation. In the interests of hygiene, please ensure that all children with long hair arrive for class with their hair tied back. Ballet students should have their hair tied in a bun or another style suitable for ballet.
